HEALING IS A PROCESS…NOT AN EVENT
HEALING IS A PROCESS…NOT AN EVENT
Your first visit includes a full medical history and a discussion of your health concerns. A personalized treatment plan will be created, explaining your imbalances and how to restore balance.
You’ll receive a one-page plan via email within a week. A 15-minute call will be scheduled to review it, and a follow-up visit is recommended.
Between your treatment plan and first follow-up, I’ll be available for questions and adjustments to your diet or herbs.
Your first follow-up, 2-3 weeks later, will dive deeper into Āyurvedic healing, focusing on diet, detox, and routines tailored to your health.
Follow-ups are scheduled as needed to reassess imbalances and refine treatments.
Each visit may include Āyurvedic techniques for nerve, lymphatic, and muscle health, with medicinal oils or other remedies based on
your needs.
All follow-up sessions are uniquely tailored to each individual and will involve hands on treatment along with guided breath work-meditation. We will discuss digestion, sleep, pain and progress at each visit.
After your first visit clients typically schedule a minimum of 4-5 follow-up visits within a 2 month period to experience the greatest progression in their healing plan. Clients suffering from multiple complaints for extended periods of time should expect longer follow-up plans.
Please note that therapy sessions are generally NOT “quick fixes”, although most begin to experience some level of relief after one session. These are process oriented approaches that usually take more than 1 session to benefit maximum results.
While each health plan is unique to each person the following is a typical progression of adult treatment:
Settling the nervous system
(MOVING FROM FIGHT OR FLIGHT TO REST AND DIGEST)
Cleansing the channels
(LYMPHATIC THERAPY)
Rebuilding digestive strength
(AGNI THERAPY)
Strengthening bodily tissues and the immune system
(RASAYANA)

How is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy different from Craniosacral Therapy?
The unique contribution of Craniosacral Biodynamics to the larger field of CST is a rich understanding of the forces that organize both stress patterns and normal functions. This allows the practitioner to work with the active processes at the root of distress in contrast to the symptomatic expressions of dysfunctional conditions. Tissue patterns like sutural compressions, membranous strains, joint translations, and connective tissue patterning are still perceived and worked with, but they are understood as results of the forces organizing life, including the conditional patterns of our history and overwhelming experiences. Biodynamic practitioners have special skills for working at the level of these primary forces.
Can this approach be incorporated if I am taking pharmaceuticals?
Absolutely. Your initial consultation will focus on balancing your gut health and will focus on food and beverages. Medicinal teas and Ayurvedic formulas might be a part of your initial plan if requested. It is always recommended to seek the advice of your prescribing provider before discontinuing use of pharmaceuticals or adopting a new health routine.
Anjali accepts a small pool of need-based individuals on a sliding scale basis to receive Āyurvedic Guidance and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST). This allows individuals who may have experienced financial hardship or disadvantages to experience the benefits of Āyurveda and BCST.
